Delete your account
You can also do this in the app: Settings → Delete account.
This can't be undone.
- Your name, email, phone, password, photo, addresses and household names are erased, and you can't sign in again.
- If you're a customer, you leave your laundry and they're told — including anything you still owe.
- If you run a laundry, your customers are told, your staff can no longer sign in, and you disappear from search. You can't delete while orders are still open.

You can uninstall the app. If you ever come back, you'll need to sign up again.
